Fri, 1/7/11, 6:15 pm - 12:00 am - Indie Music Circus is a monthly independent musicians' night hosted by Michael Aquino and Luna Stage, a professional theater company in residence in Orange, NJ. Three acts, replace the three rings! Indie Music Circus was created in 2008 by Michael with the vision of creating a supportive community for musicians and audience alike. A place where musicians can find an attentive audience and a place where an audience could find fantastic original music. Where there is no one type of independent music. You're bound to see R&B, Folk, Singer-Songwriters, Latin, Rock, Hip Hop and everything in between. You also get to hear directly from the performers through a no holds barred interview that gets the audience asking questions. The night consists of three acts performing 25 minutes of original music. The lineup is arranged in advance and by who fits best together. Interested in performing or know someone that would like to play? Feel free to drop us a line with a link to your music or put us in touch with the potential songster. The show culminates in a song presented by ALL of the performers usually getting the audience singing, clapping and leaving the theater feeling lifted!
